Brennan has a history in the gym of 12 years beginning at the age of 15. Over the years he has trained under several high performing coaches which encouraged his passion to continue lifting through high school and college and into adult life. Brennan works as a full time carpenter and trains in Jiu Jitsu consistently, alongside the lifestyle of lifting. Hobbies include snowboarding, golf, riding motorcycles and of course coaching others to reach their fitness potential. Whether you want to gain size, lose fat, or just see how building muscle will improve your life, Brennan will guide you through this journey.

Growing up I was involved in track and field mainly running hurdles and short sprints, as well as volleyball. Those two sports were my passion, as I have fallen off the hurdle desire, but I have stuck with volleyball and now coach at our local middle school and I also coach club volleyball through the winter. I was an avid CrossFitter for many years, I enjoyed the competition amongst my teammates and the camaraderie of the community. Though as I’ve gotten older I have redefined my fitness journey and have moved more towards home workouts - me against myself, including spin, running, walking, and more recently adding lifting and weights back into my world, thanks to Kaylin and her support to get me back to that point!

I am passionate about helping others and supporting them in their health and fitness journey. I feel that having a strong support system, especially one that is dedicated and genuinely cares, can make all the difference for people striving to improve themselves. Helping support others fills my bucket! I’m excited to bring my energy and encouragement to inspire others to push through their challenges and keep going, even when they hit roadblocks. I will be your biggest cheerleader, friend, and support system to help motivate and empower you to achieve your goals!
