    Yes, the $50 you put towards a consultation is applied to services.

    The app includes nutrition tracking, a workout and program library, workout tracking, fitness challenges, progress tracking, stats on every workout, our community chat, 1000’s of recipes, and your own custom macros.

  • What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

    Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    All group session bookings and consultation appointments are nonrefundable. However, we understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule their appointment with advance notice, pending availability.

    To reschedule, please refer to your confirmation email. Missed appointments or late cancellations without notice will not be eligible for rescheduling.
