  • Barbell Club

    This is a group class but more personalized and it comes with a training program that you can follow outside of barbell club as well. This class is great for those who want to improve their squat, bench press, and deadlift, and powerlifting meet preparation. We have a maximum of 6 spots per class.

  • Group Sessions

    Strength and conditioning - a mixture of resistance training and cardio - caps out at a maximum of 10 people for you to have a more personal service

  • Online Coaching

    Work with an Elevated Physique coach online! Includes custom nutrition and training program, weekly check-in feedback, full access to Trainerize App, as needed video calls, and exercise demonstration videos. This option is great for anyone wanting to level up their physique and or wellbeing.

  • Hybrid One-on-One Personal Training Sessions

    This option is hybrid, meaning personal training sessions are done in person and you will also have online access to your custom training program and custom nutrition coaching through Trainerize with daily messaging support and weekly check-ins.
